That NW 75 looks worth every penny of 3500. Isn't that kind of the standard--- 3500 for a running ironhead in decent shape?

Looks a little grotty as she sits, but wouldn't take too much to make her presentable (as long as you don't mind some exta chrome) ... 3k for an all-there tin cover, seems decent ?

Yes and no. Even though this bike is priced fairly for the NW, it's FAR from original, but agreed, it's pretty decent. If it had a kicker, I might inquire about the bike myself. However, a bike like this that is more original in the NW usually is advertised at $4500-$5000.

I'm not a chopper guy barefoot. for the fellas that insist on customizing mag XLCH's that seems like a very reasonable price.
Someone needs to go rescue that one

It looks clean and pretty complete, price is reasonable, could go either way - doesn't have a stupid disk brake front end, frame hasn't been butchered, a little paint and shorter fork tubes and it could be anything from a mild chop to a nice street rider. If I didn't have a 30' long project right now I'd probably be on the phone

So for the price of one new tarted-up tin can Sporty, you could get three really nice Ironheads. No contest.
