Yeah, that's the 3 grand (or more) I mentioned earlier.
I saw the pic in your link though.
It looks like it just bolts inline.

I may have to shop around for a driveshaft.

Any extra bracing needed since it extends off the tail end?

A couple shameless pics:
My 85 C-10

With SBC 350 4-bolt engine.
Looked better with the 750 double pump but this engine won't take it.

Here's the tail on the tranny. Not much room up top because of the tall polyurethane mount.
There may an 1-1/2" of that yoke slipped up in there but that's about it.

once the tail piece is removed with the rear tranny mount, the nash is mounted and supported by the rear mount. you will have to shorten the shaft. is yours a dual shaft? if so, maybe the short shaft i have will fill the bill.
you can shorten the shaft yourself if you have a good shop, do it all the time, well at least back when. the key is to mark the shaft for re-alignment before cutting and then grind the weld off the yoke, once off, it will sit nicely into the tube of the shorted shaft, align and weld.
test run and if need be, have a drive train shop balance it.

I've got a single shaft so it'll need to be shortened.
Looks like I need to replace the front seal also.
