Unhappy How to stripped ignition sensor pickup screw

Tearing down engine to replace parts from seized pistons when got too hot, and come to take out bolt for ignition timing pickup rotor and not stripped complete, but how would one get this thing out. tried 5/16 and also metric but 5/16 was best fit.

But bolt doesn't seem to want to budge. Used heat, tried vise grips, but kinda slip of once turns, but what would ya'll suggest or what did you do if was in same situation to get this bolt off ? I have another pickup rotor from a new ignition from a while back, but the is a allen bolt, so can't get exact size except from when tried to get off with socket that fit in the first place.

Pretty sure it turns is righty tighty and lefty loosy.

Thanks for any feedback. Gonna spray some PB blaster on it... fingers crossed.

Don’t think it was rusted, just gunk from blue lock tight over the years I can only assume
