I actually called Hammer Performance. Alex mentioned it could possibly be from
stock length pushrods being to tall for my setup and that ratio really shouldn't matter, but that was with my setup. Your setup probably different cause Hammer did the work maybe. I guess I could use my ole Screaming eagle -0.05" lil shorter than stock length push rods when get heads back from sending them to Branch to get rebuilt.

Changing rocker ratio wont automatically screw up the geometry.

I Have been wanting to use woods cams in a sporty build, but the steep ramps have kept me from pulling the trigger. especially since hammer made their cams with a gentle lobe on purpose..
After asking around, my solid pushrods maybe a lil too long. Hate to do adjustable, but I still have my screaming eagle -0.05" solid shorter push rods.

Nope. Issue was the pushrod side rocker bolts that stripped the bolts that holds the rockers down on push rod side. Probably too long of pushrods when asking around, and probably need some roller rockers with that high of lift.

Assuming no other changes: the valve stem height should be increased by 50% of any lift increase.
Example: original lift .458", new lift .590", difference = .132", 50% is .066"
This can be done with a lash cap (though this specific thickness cap is not available), or by lowering the entire box by milling the box base or head mating surface. The easiest method is to just use a common .060" cap as better than leaving it alone.
This will affect pushrod adjustment, and require different length non-adjutable PR.
That's what Hammer Performance mentioned about pushrod length. My stock Hammer length push rods could be a bit too tall. I still have my screaming eagle -0.05" shorter pushrods. But could try using an adjustable to start with, then measure the length then have Hammer make me some exact length pushrods.

Are those not the rocker box to head bolts ?

Yes. I read it in a way that thought was the small bolts.

They are the two main 5/16" bolts that hold down the rockers on the push rod side.

After calling around and asking questions after I made first post, leaning more towards stock pushrod length is too long. I don't want adjustables , and prefer solid push rods.

And I still have my screaming eagle -0.05" shorter push rods that I believe would help.

Best would be to use adjustable's at first. remove rocker box, pull out the adjusted push rods, then measure, the get the exact height give or take for intake and exhaust length solid one piece push rods from Hammer performance.
