Default 2011 exhaust on 2004?

Hey boys and girls, a quick question: will a standad exhaust system off a 2011 Sportster (EFI) fit on a carbed 2004? The part numbers are different for the headers, but that could be just the sensor bungs as the bracket and muffler numbers appear to be the same.
Obviously there is the issue of the sensor bungs to deal with but are the pipe and flange diameters and angles and lengths/bends consistent between these years?

Cheers, Will

Should, recently the rear master cylinder was moved back out to the sprocket cover which might require more room, but 2011 should be good.

Yes, it'll fit exactly the same; you just need some plugs to close off the O² sensor bungs.

I did that with my '05: put on a set of Vаnce Αnd Hіnes Double Barrels, which were only available for '07+.

Thank you gentlemen, that information is good to know. A complete stock exhaust system for $100 doesn't come along all that often.

Cheers, Will.

Yeah, if it includes the crossover pipe THAT alone is something like $300 new.

Yep, both header pipes, the heat shields, two mufflers and that crossover mount pipe thingy that bolts to the engine and supports the mufflers
