Ironhead Covered shocks

I'm thinking about installing a pair of chrome covered shocks on my '69 XHL--I just like the look. Finding good old OEM ones in near impossible. Does anyone know of a good brand of such a shock , which has the original-type look?

A few years ago, I bought a pair of V-Twin shocks for another bike and they were awful. They felt like rigid struts and the preload " adjustment" was fake.

If you have the original style shocks, with the big round preload adjuster at the very bottom, you can add covers to those. If you have later style, with the 5 stepped preload notches (like showa), no dice.
