I might look at that one as it's close by. Since it's not a running bike, I'd want to dissemble and check the engine. At least remove heads, jugs, primary and cam covers.

You just can't trust any random engine rebuilding.
I went to see a guy about a bunch of assorted parts. Real nice guy and self claimed IH guru. He was putting an IH together, rebuilding the engine, the push rod covers were open and I took a close look, gave the pushrods a spin, and the pushrods were covered in grit.
