Default Scrambler muffler for 1960’s XLHC

Well, I will receive my 1960 XLCH with Drag’s pipes. I suspect it’s not genuine ones. I prefer “Scrambler” 2in 1 muffler pipe. ...and I need not too loud pipes.
My questions:
Where can I find source pour original one or who will build one close to the original one.
Is it possible to be safe with a passenger and this type of installation ?

Anyway I never see an "Iron Scrambler" Harley with 2 seats in pictures.
On 1960's advertise, I often see the boy on the XLCH and a beautyfull girl close to him; but no passenger's seat.

Thanks for reading,

Sporty Specialties sells a reproduction of the header pipe, Dennis Corso reproduces the muffler, and Old Dude reproduces the special mounting studs. No one makes a proper reproduction of the boot guard/ heat shield.

As for passengers, I would imagine the muffler would touch their leg and be pretty hot.

If you have a hard time finding one, I have a brand new reproduction I would be willing to sell.

Let me know...

Happy to be a 'middle man' ship via me if it makes things smoother. I can pay then claim back.

I no longer have the reproduction, however I do have a very nice OEM HD pipe as well as a muffler or two (one repop, one later -52 taper style).

Like I said a few years ago, I have never had any luck shipping out of the US, I don't recall hearing from you that you had a US connection for me to mail to.

I thought I emailed you pictures of the repop, guess you never received?

PM me your email address, I will send you pictures of what I have. If you want it, lets see what we can do to get it to you. Any chance you will be near Dublin at the end of this month?

Since the photo bucket fiasco, I stopped posting pics here. I will try a new hosting site later sooner or later.
