Gasbox looks to be reproducing the muffler: https://www.thegasbox.com/parts/1952...rtster-muffler. Several vendors have it available.

The correct muffler is smaller in diameter than on your 64.

Finaly I found a kit for 300$ on B months ago.

I did not use the rear muffler included as it's empty. I prefer one "1986" with make noise as I like.
It works as expected. I had to modify magneto setting to use the smaller room between pipe and engine.

Another one of this month.
Finaly the heat is not a problem for legs. But beware of fire:
I used a tissue to clean after an oil change and then put it under the seat. After few miles or race in montainthe oily tissu went on the muffler and begun a fire. No damage anyway as I saw it early !
