The Mikuni is PHH, or ?
Are the runners separate right into the intake ports, or merged?

Is it going back on the bolt or an HD transplant?
Wouldn’t mind hearing the exploits if it’s the latter.

Well, the answer may be both. I am looking into some Bolt hop up possibilities for a company and this is one aspect.

It's not possible IMO to do an I.R. setup between the cylinders of an IH , just not enough room for the runners. HD tried it , I had one , it was not an improvement . The Bolt is a 60 degree v twin with way more room for intake runners and yet it's still the limiting factor in this design. The manifold is the poorest flowing component.

This thing could work using a mini plenum on an S&S manifold. But the easy path is most likely adapting an 883 EFI .

But the dual throat has more visual impact.

I most certainly wouldnt mind if you would critique my project a bit more. Good, bad or indifferent.

Mike, I'd be glad to look at anything you've got. You can PM me or we can do it here if you don't mind people eves dropping .

I said earlier that the Bolt manifold was the worst flow restriction and that's not correct on the stock engine. The 35mm throttle body is worse but an increase in area of 14% will cure that.
