I think PEEK would be too hard. Super-resistant to solvents, but quite rigid and plastic-like.

Viton or Buna-N (in that order) would be good choices, as they're both reasonably resistant to petrol. Viton performs poorly when subjected to alcohols, so ethanol containing fuel is an issue. (Lots of discussions available on that...) Teflon would work, but it's awful plastic-like and cold flows.

ebay seller = fnacycles = Harley shovelhead ironhead panhead intake tite seal kit o-ring & band clamp fix

these use 4 thin SS band clamps that have a shield welded on them so they do not cut into the silicone.

silicone is fuel resistant & used by F1 race teams

they are wider than the rubber bands and also fix broke o-ring flange/alinement problems.

Hydraulic suppliers have lots of useful things so visiting your local shop is a good idea. They can make custom brake lines too.

I cut hydraulic hose using a cutting disc on an angle grinder and support larger sizes by inserting a piece of PVC pipe which doesn't bother the abrasive disc when you cut through the hose. If you know your desired length the shop can cut it for you.

This LOOKS like a winner.

However I have to question why the extra 5mm is needed. My guess is there is some kind of mismatch as I have never needed to use anything but OEM style seals.

on late model heads 82 & 85 heads I had. I had about that much of the flange showing with a set of rubber bands each side when centered on flanges.

then the wide single band clamp was not as wide as the rubber band.

I had problems centering the rubber band and not over torque the clamp as it would suck down in the gap and cut the rubber band after a while and cause a intake leak.

installed a set of the tite seal and it was all the way to the machined edge of flange on head & intake. then slide the band clamps to outside edge of silicone tube and they only need to be hand tight.

no more leaks or low speed carb farts....did nothing for the rod knock it got shortly after though.

installed a set on a friends 74 sporty with mix matched broke o-ring flange/ S&S band intake and fixed it right up with no leaks.

Looks interesting but pricey for what it is, especially with international postage added. He says the silicone tubing is UK made so might try to figure out who makes it and buy some.

That's ridiculous for a few hose clamps and a couple pieces of silicone hose. I can't believe anyone would pay that.
