I rode the LowRider yesterday and the Sportster today. It should be nice all week, tomorrow I should log over 500 miles on the LowRider and close in on 20,000 miles for the Sportster this week and next. Probably be next week before I drive the car any.

I rode far enough today to realize I need to ride more to get in better shape, or get rid of my motorcycles if I am 2 screwed up to spend a day on one anymore.

Try chasing a 12 yr old on a two stroke through the desert for 65 miles. Did that today.
Knocking on the half century mark pretty soon, the kid sure does keep me on my toes.
Was a real nice 78 and sunny today though!

At 76 I do a 1-hour fitness walk every day, and work out twice each day with muscle building and flexibility exercises. Only good food goes in at the top. I am hoping to be old but healthy 20 years from now. Only time will tell
