I dont think that is a 21" tire. It looks like a mid glide and the wheel looks to be the same size as the rear, but I agree nothing new. A nice looking bike that will probably sell well for them - but more of the same.

Id rather they built something like this! Now that would be something to get excited about.

I'm normally not much of a Softtail fan, but that's not a bad looking bike. I especially like the slimmer rear tire! Hope other models follow.

I still want an RK with a 130/90 like I used to have! (Yes, I realize they'll never go all the way back there in size).

Those are already a dime a dozen on the forum.
YAWN - like a solidmount 1200c isn't even cheaper by the dozen.

AHEM - AHEM - they haven't sold THAT few Sportsters since 1993 or so.

2010 was the LOWEST sales year ever for the rubbermount Sporty and THAT was still more than double 20k - (i.e. 41k). That said, the first 5 years of rubbermount sales (before the market was hit so hard) were 60-70k bikes/year.

Default New Sportster Seventy Two

Leaked photos on a french website of the new sportster Seventy Two

Another parts bin special - looks like a chromed up 48 with apes and a 21 inch front wheel.

A kick starter would have been so awesome. If you're doing something with vintage flair, don't stop with minor cosmetics...

Yep a faux kicker would be cool..we could have a new X generation full of blown knees and torn ligament's..what would be more vintage than that..

Does it look like Moco have internally wired the apes on the 72?
