Some time back bought a 69 H basket case here in Washington for $800. Went to title it n the clerk at DMV questioned the "low purchase price", sales tax purposes. After haggling, showing Bill o Sale etc. the supervisor gets involved and sez, "we're required to use the NADA book and if the purchase price seems to be to low we have to use the highest published value"....which was according the NADA almost $19,000. At that point my daughter in Alaska acquired a Sportster, no sales tax state

20K GBP is about $24,000 USD.
You have to bear in mind costs getting a bike to the UK. I think it's about the same for a bike to Oz. That will add around 7 grand.
So, this is probably the equivalent of a $17,000 bike in the USA EXCEPT !
They are much rarer outside of the USA. Adds to their value.
