So, what are we lookin at here ... 4 inches of travel in the rear, maybe seven inches of travel up front ... on a 475 lb +/- street bike with knobbies. Keep on keepin on.

I'm slowly building my dirtster/street tracker and have been stumbling over finding a good front end solution.

I like it!!!!

it looks suspiciously like a 98-03 XL1200S Sportster Sport to start with and im leaning later as the 4 pistons bolt up...

I have 2 sets of of those shocks and forks/triple trees in my shed... Those are the showa compression rebound and preload adjustable bits. I found them way to softly for the street....

the XR1200X Kit Bits are 10X better... I have them on my 99s and 83XR Tracker
