Hey Turbo, how much does it cost to rebuild the set? I'm assuming you send it back to them and for a fee they send you back refreshed shocks?

Also for anyone else how much does it cost to rebuild a higher end set? $100 $200? Just curious as to what it would look like longer term

Default Ohlins

The second set leaked a bit while under warranty around a year old, no charge. They had a specialist to find the problem, a tiny scratch.
The other time shocks were sent back was when I changed out the springs for a heavier set after a couple of years, that was free, customer satisfaction.
I had purchased other spring sets and changed them but for some reason the guy said if not scratched they did it free. For the price of one way shipping got springs exchanged.
Suggestions, keep receipt(s), be polite, they were really nice to me.
Prices have been dropping, shop hard, know what you want and think long term.
