Don't know about your year, but my '08 has captured washers. I ordered a bag full each of washers and screws from Amazon for $15 because I couldn't find stainless at he hardware store.

The ones I ordered were socket head stainless 1/4" 20 thread in 3/4" length with 1/4 ID washers and 5/8" OD. I think the 3/4" length was a little short so maybe try 7/8".

Also, I replaced a bunch of other stainless bolts on my engine for $3 each but found I could have cleaned them up with a nylon abrasive wheel almost like new.

Give the abrasive wheel a try before you do anything.....
