And why are the forums already out there not good enough?
Also it costs money to run a forum like this. I notice you don't support it by being a paid member yet you're asking for more and for something that will cost more, time and money, and for something that will die a relatively quick death and 99.9% of those here could really care less about and won't draw enough interest to support itself.
It's like if I came here asking for a sub forum for my Bonneville when there's already forums out there specifically for them. The only difference is 2 wheels vs. 4 and an HD tag. How many people here own Pontiac Bonnevilles? I'm pretty sure not enough to warrant a sub forum in an XL forum.

Most electricity is derived from some sort of fossil fuel, so no tree hugging here, just the rush of instant torque...
And I am a paid member, thank you very much...
Again I fall back to the Revolution Max based FUTURE products that already have dedicated sub-forums here, they are not Sportsters, but they have their own space...

My bad on the membership thing.
I'm just pointing out the facts. I could care less either way. It would be dead before it got started anyway. There's already forums out there in more appropriate venues.
Maybe those other ones were a mistake too. Why make another one?
But despite my personal opinion, those will be far more popular than the livewire will be in this lifetime.
There's dealerships across the country without a single order. Last I checked the one here doesn't even have a floor model. That's unheard of with any vehicle anywhere in history I would think.
I'm just pointing out facts about the time and money involved in a forum and the ones already out there in more appropriate venues. Waste of resources here. But not my call.

That is because the R-EVO is going to be the GEN 3 sportsters.
EDIT : I am against having a Electro bike or "insert type/brand" forum since this is a XL/Buell forum. The whole reason for joining here is to get bike specific.
