Pic of Dad and Mom (lost her in 1977 at the age of 53 due to a long battle with cancer):

I was 23 when I lost Mom and 27 when I lost Dad, I miss them both every single day. I'm not depressed, just honoring them today and being respectful. I am very much thankful for the wife, 2 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws, and 4 grandkids I do have. To each of you on the forum, love and enjoy your family........family is everything.

It's been 29 years ago today when my dad passed away. My best friend ever, miss you dad and thinking of you.

I think of my mom every day. I talk to her every day. I realize I was her past, her present and her future. I miss her more than anyone. She never met my 2nd wife or our 4 kids.

Sorry for your loss Rascal. It's nice taking the time to remember them both. Sounds like your Dad meant the world to you.
