Default I found a 57 drag chopper 20 years in storage, ridden 5hs

First post here and to stay for a long time. I owned many many bikes for the past 20 years but this is one of a kind, my second Harley, the first one was another chopper but EVO. I will try to learn from all of you and I will appreciate any advice you guys can give me to find out what is on this beast.
The PO is a 74 year old motorcycle builder from Brooklyn, he came done here, South Fl, 20 years ago after a back injury and was not able to ride any more. This was his bike and he kept it since 1981 when he bought it basically as project in a box. Titled 1957, first year XL #3232. He built it in the 80's and rode it. Then he put it apart at the end of the 90' and rebuilt it again to be the Super Bike, as he calls her. This are some of the things he did to her and some pictures. I will continue finding out more about it but I do not know a lot about Harley's and I am trying to learn everything I can since I will keep her as well as my Vmax for ever since this guy out so much that I fill honored that I found it and I gave this gentlemen my word I was not going to sell her.

Built for performance and drag race.
Dual points plugs, Frank's Voltage reg, S&S carb, Andrews big cams, custom distributor, high compression pistons .60 over, changed the joggs, high performance clutch, big bore 1000cc, has 5 in 5 stroke 76", stroke kits are 72" or 74", this is a custom stroke done 25 years ago and ridden only 5hs, kept in storage for the past 20 years, Put a bolt drive because it kept snapping the chains in the primary, too much power. He beefed up the transmission housing (cases) because of the stroke power. So he took it to a guy with a crank balancer HD machine to do the job in Brooklyn.

I am located in South Fl and I would really appreciate if you guys know any member in the area with good knowledge about Ironhead willing to help and share a couple of beers in the meantime or even a nice Argentinian steak BBQ.

Here is a link with pictures. I am not able to upload pics since I do not have enough posts or I will try to do it tomorrow from my computer. If you guys can upload pics from the link I would appreciate it and please share your opinions and let me know what should I ask since this bike is in another league for me and I am trying to get to know everything that has been done to it

Thank you
PS before you guys start commenting about the windshield, the old man used to ever ride with snow, that windshield is already off....

Man I really like the scooter. All the little details are killing it on there from the signals mounted on the foreword controls, the oil cooler blinding in really nice in the front, the light up spark plugs (my dad had a set on his 52 panhead), the car wheel mounted on the back & even the home made baffling in the pipes to help with the drag sag. This was some ones baby & the attention to detail tells it all.

That's an incredible looking bike man, nice find.

Where are you in S FL? I am working down in Ft Myers currently but live in the Tampa Bay area, I'm not the most knowledgeable person in regards to Ironheads but I'm a fair-to-middlin' shadetree mechanic in general and maybe I can provide some insight if you are close.

As much as I am more into the stock looking bikes that is one cool sporty. Looks like it's a rocketship as well. Congratulations

That car tire will be an evil mistress.
