Default Dynatek Ignition questions

I bought a dynatek ignition for my 74 iron head and there is some confusion on my end. #1 i can't see where the black points wire goes after the hole in the cone. Does the points wire to a breaker?! I know that the right side black coil wire goes through the frame tube and to the ignition breaker/timer. Is that the points?!The left side of coil is run/off switch(white) then grey to the ign. circuit breaker. I'm trying to make sense of where the points wire goes so i don't wire the new ignition wrong. Does the right side of coil run through the frame then down to the points?!

Moving to the Ironhead section, where you're most likely to get the help you want.

the fsm would be a great help.
power from battery through main breaker to ign key sw
key on, power from sw to ign breaker, power to bar sw, from bar sw to ign coil, exits coil the points.

Not the best choice in ignitions.
No performance gain over points.
I won't install one as it retains the centrifugal advance.
Return it if you can and get an Ultima.

the wire from the points goes thru the cone directly and only to the neg side of coil. the other coil term is swithtched 12v power . seems like you have a handle on this.

Black wire is usually condenser wire to points. It should be removed when points plate is swapped out the with the plate provided. Not sure where you black wire is coming from and only the blue and white wires are needed for hookup.
