I like the shift better honestly, it might have just a slightly longer throw between gears, but I’m not so sure.. I didn’t really ride it stock, picked it up used and damaged.

I did, the rear sets are designed to work with the stock pegs and have a structure that mounts around them that has a chicken stick attached to the outside. I cut and modified that piece and refinished it so I could run whatever pegs I wanted, in this case Avon’s with the matching shifter peg, and soon to be grips. (Changing out the kuryakns which i don’t care for in this application because of the increased pressure on your hands as compared to say apes, which is what I ride otherwise.

Thanks! It’s a Bassani Road Rage. It sounds really good! I didn’t think it was deep enough sounding, so I removed the hard packing and repacked it with dirt bike fibrous type packing and that mellowed it right out
