Read the last section of post 7 in the link.
The XLCH bracket has a gusset lug welded to the lower section of adjuster bracket.
The XLH unit has no gusset, just a bent bracket, as it uses the other outer bracket as the support.

Default Help with my clutch please

Thanks fellas.

Here’s the bracket - it does look like something may have been cut off, but hard to tell as the area does look like it’s been dipped in zinc or whatever, like the rest of it. Maybe the manufacturer uses the same pattern for both parts?





Witness marks are there on the case like in DR DICKs pic, but can’t tell if these are from this tensioner or the original.
