Default Jagg offset oil cooler #4700 removal?

I am trying to remove my cooler and have removed the 4 Allen bolts that apparently hold the 2 halves together but I can't separate the 2 halves. Am I forgetting something? I don't want to break it.

It says there are 5 allen bolts in the instruction manual (see step 3). Perhaps one is still attached?
