Default who has NOT had problems with the XL

Who has NOT had problems with the XL?

I don't know if it's just that most come to forum when they have problems (me included) or if sportys have a lot of problems.
I did not know how to set up a poll so I figured general coments would work too.
Aside from a noisey heat sheild (that may have been caused by myself) and other small things that turned out truly not to be a problem but my mis-understanding of how a sporty runs.
My 04 883 custom 1200 convertion has been the best bike I have owned in 35 years. Back in the 70's I was an AMA mech. I worked on yamahamers and hondas manly. I saw a lot of problems that were design related and quality related. I also knew folks that had harleys in the AMF days boy! were those bike a headache.
Today I would not think twice about changing the lube and taking a cross country trip with out a 100 lb tool bag and a doz. spair parts.

None really yet. I've done several small things just out of me wanting to work on it, but for the absolute most part - a broken factory spark plug and a broken rocker cover bolt have been the only issues. I've lowered it, cut it, beat on it, and I've got no leaks or serious issues. The drive belt may be taking a crap here soon as I'm seeing a small tear near the edge, but I ride it like hell every day and I don't worry a bit about it.

No problems with the 2005 1200C that I had either.
