It all starts with a good foundation...that looks like a great start.

What are the dimensions?

Anyone know anything about the S&S 89 inch package? What cams and rpm? How about power output?

I have that same oil tank, why did you cut the top off? probably good thing you did, I believe that tank is what caused some contaminates to get into my motor the first time.after further investigation I would weld slag and cutting metal still inside the tank, even after really good cleaning. Aside from that seems to be holding up well.

My 2000”C” has the 89” S&S kit, with their carb, and 550 cams. Sports the Rivera Primo clutch assembly, back in the day it was rated sufficient for 200h.p., and a Hooker 2:1 header/exhaust, with the adjustable baffle chocked fully closed. The tranny shifts like the proverbial hot knife through butter with just the slightest preload you’re up or down a gear before you can move the clutch lever. Never had it tuned and only did a little clean up on the heads. It has enough to get the job done and high gear roll ones passing convoys on the E-way are remarkable. In town you need to dial in some throttle tension cause potholes and raised tar snakes make her real jumpy.
