Thanks, long weekend but worth it. We really think this combo will race good. For the engine questions here's a list of components.

Hammer 90 in. kit
.500 dome pistons
.660 cams
883 heads reworked by Hammer, not sure of valve sizes
S&S D
Dyna 2000i
Hammer crankshaft mod
Home made exhaust
Barnett Scorpion Lock Up

Tried but couldn't fit a Patriot. Made some changes to the set up today, down one on the rear sprocket to 4.08 final drive. Took static out of the clutch, down to 280 lbs from 300. The bike still is not getting the 60ft we think it should have. We think the clutch is still to tight but not much you can do when you're trying to race. Also, I missed on the home made exhaust, built it a little to conservative and the torque is peaking to early, 4800 RPM. I'll get the dyno sheet to aswracing this week, it'll come with questions of course, LOL. Thanks again for the comments, had a good weekend.

Is it just a matter changing the bends at the head to move the pipe out 2 inches from the cases and up 2 or 3 inches off the ground? If I remember correctly, you need the bottom of the pipe level with the bottom of the cases or a little higher so you can make the return road turns. I have a set of V and H procomp indy 2-1 pipes I can give you, you would only need to mod the collector and make a can. its 3 peices front pipe rear pipe and collector/can.

I'm assuming the frame was the reason the patriot wouldn't fit. I know that was the case for me. I just cut it to make it fit but since Mac borrowed his to test that probably wasn't an option

I see. No worries on cutting up that pro comp, it has the bigger stepped primaries as well. a good merge collector and maybe 10-14 inches of 2.75 or 3 in pipe after the merge should move that peak up a bit.

The patriot was a close fit, really wanted to compare the two on the dyno. I would have to cut it up to race it, might be worth it compared to the cost of building one out of stainless. Still happy with what we have. We built the pipe we have to handle the reversion but I think I went to far, obviously,LOL. Does the bigger engine handle reversion better? Never really looked the bad on the dyno. Still think we can move the peak to the right 500/1000 RPM and be ok. Got other things to work out first, 60's are horrible. Maybe bring that pipe the next time you run BIV, I'd like to get a look at it. Thanks.

I had bad reversion at 34 to 3600 rpm until I built a 2.25 inch baffle for it. It had a 2.75 glass wrapped straight baffle in it. Your motor probably won't see any with the big baffle as you would need the extra volume anyway. The can is beat up, but the head pipes are good. Its SS and very light. I will bring it next time I am out there, hopefully I can make the rest of the BIV series.
