I also was fighting a reversion with my super trapp.. I ended up scraping the baffle and diffuser plate and made an adjustable reversion plate (lollipop) here's some dyno pull to show how a little angle change to the plate made a huge difference..
This graph was super trapp with baffle, open end cap and 25 diffuser plates.. (red)
The other line is no baffle and just a lollipop.. (blue)

This is 3 pulls with different angles on the plate

Simple and easy but loud! Lol

Did a little clutch work this week. Last race the bike would start to spin around 15 ft. out so we took 10g off the clutch. The first pass was 9.235@141.5, track went away after that but we feel the clutch is good for now. The next issue is at 141.5 mph it's on the rev limiter, rather than take out gear we're going to reprogram rev limiter in the ignition. This thing makes power, it's a challenge to get it to hook up early.

Bikes running great, Two runner ups and out in the third round due to a broken wheelie bar mount, no wheel speed and killed the 60 foot, was holding .02+ at the tree but couldn't carry it to the stripe with the bad 60. We feel it's a really good bracket racing combo. We followed xldukes with his build and decided to make the switch and couldn't be happier with the Hammer 90. We feel there's more but taking baby steps. It's hard to find more and race at the same time. Going to try the patriot this week, got other idea's at the machinist but going to need a T&T to see if we can get the feel he want's. This thing makes power like we've never had so we need to learn how to get it to the track. I don't care about track points but he does and he won't let me play! LOL!
