I checked the diag on the speedo. All say none when i go into each category. From what i've seen online, I believe that I have a SE stage I intake. Will verify after work and let yall know. Thanks for the info so far.

UPDATE!!! Ok I ran the speedo codes a second and 3rd time. No codes at all. As I explained before, the backside of the intake box is not there and I can see a filter (looks like K&N but white). So I pulled the OEM oval cover off and I see a round filter. Def doesn't look stock, especially sine there is a symbol/company emblem imprinted into the steel. I didn't find a company name, but I did find a patent number. Hoped on the net and searched the patent number. A smile grew on my face at this point, the patent belongs to Arlen Ness. Therefore, I have an Arlen Ness Big Sucker intake. I believe it's just a stage I, due to the description I read that this particular intake accepts the stock OEM oval cover. OK... now that mystery is solved. The next question is, I have an aftermarket intake & exhuast. But I have no codes. To my knowledge there is not a piggyback fuel management attached to the ECM. Is it possible that the computer was flashed to work with the mods installed? Or should I tear more into the bike to find a FM module? (I looked under the battery cover and under the seat. I did not pull the battery.)

There will not be "codes" because you have a stage 1. When you go through the different sections "P" is for the ECM. When it reads "none" it means you have no diagnostic trouble codes. Press the odometer reset button and it will display the ECM part number. I thought someone on here mentioned that if you have a stage 1 reflash it will flash that instead. I could be wrong....as my memory is worst than useless!

I understand that the codes are trouble codes. My questions is why don't I have any? Here are all my P/N's:
P- pn 32152-07
S- pn 68924-07
SP- pn 67436-04a

I just pulled the seat and battery cover. The cable plugged into the ECM is a stock cable (has HD label on it).

Spend $50 for a baseline Dyno pull. This should answer your questions.

I might give the dyno a shot.

I guess I jus wanna make sure I thinking right. If I have a 1200, bone stock, and I throw on an aftermarket high flow intake and exhaust. I should be getting trouble codes for a lean motor, right?

I bought mine from the dealer and they told me it was stage 1. I am about to check it out online if I can

Edit: I just did a check and got this:

you won't get any diagnostic codes, but you still may be running very lean. I would get a dyno pull to see what the air/fuel ratio is. The O2 sensors try to maintain a 14.7 AFR and that is pretty lean. If you get a fuel management system check out one that eliminates the O2 sensors.
