I use a variety of dry bags, mostly purchased from REI. I use them both for organization and protection. They are versatile and perform well, both inside saddlebags or strapped on the seat behind me.

Default

Trash compactor bags are very thick and work well as saddlebag liners. Frog Togs makes decent inexpensive rain gear. Heavy PVC rain gear works well too. It packs up pretty small too.
