Default Need help with ideas..

I work as a welder/fabricator, i have access to a programmable plasma machine, brakes, anything to fabricate metal basically, english roller (even thought i never used one), i can anodize metal, tig weld, powder coat.

But Im not to creative, I know I can do some awesome shit with metal but i'm stumped. the only thing i came up with is makign a set of bars out of demascus steel which would look really cool i think but my handle bars would be about 50 f'ing pounds.. i know pictures of the bike would help, but its bone stock right now and im on lunch, i can post some later.

please throw me some ideas...

Pretty risers maybe? Custom pan seat? Hand made heel toe shifter setup?

That is from me as I wait for help to right the Kawi Concours laying on it's side on the lift.

Best place to get ideas is at a bike rally. TAKE Pictures...you don't have to copy some else's ideas, but you CAN build a better "mousetrap". Old chopper and Easyriders magazines are a good source, too. Check out the bobber pic sections on this forum.

Decisions decisions

Glad my ol lady used to lift weights. I was too wore out to set the Kawi back to rights.

Need to make some some custom stops for the front end. Whether springer or narrow glide.

Need to make some custom mount tabs for oil tank, fender, and battery box.

Still wondering about tank ideas. I have a old Triumph tank from a oil frame triumph motorcycle. Among the stock 1.5 gal. ones. Some fatbobs also.

Usually. These ideas come into head easier when the project is sitting right there in front of you.

The mad max Kawi is really gonna stretch my imagination .

So what I am saying. If ya got the skill set and tools. Pick up a project like I did on the cheap and let your imagination run wild. Ideas come easier then.
