When you're having issues with the electrical system, use this Sportsterpedia section about
checking the battery cables, voltages and grounds - DO THIS BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...place_to_start

Report back the actual voltage numbers...

This Sportsterpedia section is on the Switches & Lights:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/techtalk:evo:elec03

You can check out the wiring for the brake switches:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...h_-_front_rear

The headlight:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...ec03#headlight

The Run/Turn/Brake module:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...3#turn_signals
(see the 2007-2013 section)

Here are some threads on How-To Eliminate TSM - Or Replace TSSM with TSM

Good Luck - Report back actual meter readings and detailed explanations of what you did so we know what you saw...

Yes, we need numbers as we have two contradictory statements that don't add up.

I just did a second job up in Tracy. Never planned to travel that far for jobs, but good old customer and no way to say no. There is another one coming up, but I don't know the schedule yet. Nice countryside up there.

Looks a little different now. I cut and shaped the cam cover. Cut and shaped the controls where the brake reservoir would normally mount (sorry Roland Sands) and painted them texture black to match the cases.
