That's why I'm not doing this. The auto clutch is one of the experiments I always wanted to do myself, so this is not about money. I like experiments like this in any sphere of my interests. And sadly this is one of the things why I'm always out of money. But I don't give up)

Progress for today: assembled front brakes. With braided lines. Unfortunately the front brakes is the same useless shit as it were before. No changes at all. That's enough, going to get rid of this shitty calipers on winter. My friend want it for his Pan, good luck with that.
Cylinder heads started to get wet, don't know what'wrong with them. I've replaced the head gaskets according to manual and tightened according to manual too.
The carb is running rich on idle currently complete stock, 45/180 1.5 mixture screw turns out with NOKM needle and stock filter/exhaust (air box and filter from 2004-2013 bikes). (I have only 42, 45, 180, 185 jets currently, and with 42 I can't close the choke even when bike is warmed up.
Maybe it' the same oil from heads, still not sure.
Waiting for AFR meter bung.

And the main question still remains the same. I've asked it a few times already. The noise. I've wathed videos, I've listened the friens's Shovel, with solid lifters, I've changed all bearings, I've changed gears, adjusted pushrods according to manual and videos (easy to spin, no up and down movement) , adjusted primary chain. And the xxxxing noise is still where it was before. It's louder than exhaust. And seems NOONE have it.
