Default Next please (ICM Learning Cycle)

Hi all i hope you are all doing good. So i have had some problems with the bike and changed the crank position sensor then the bike threw up a code to say it was the ICU.
I tried it on the bike and did the reset/ learning cycle thing. Tried to start it and after trying to fire it immobilised my starter button. I went through the reset again and after trying to start it immobilised my starter button again.
i presume it hadn't learned the code and needs trying again ?
Or do you have to clear any old tuning data and codes before doing the code learning process.
Thanks all
Ride Safe

It's actually the TSSM (Turn Signal w/Security Module) that controls the security features...
