The rectifier and regulator are both new. Not sure what to do.Well my clutch just broke I must work on that for the moment.

At last I moved the Regulator and the Rectifier to the front frame .I made a new mount and put on longer wires .I ground clean the mounting bracket for good ground.Now the volts are down from 16.5 to 13.5.I hope it stays there...
