Well, it all became moot.
Tires were running fine until last weekend the rear started to feel a little squirrly.
Got home and found a nail in the rear tire. So much for waiting for next summer.
Replaced both.
Stuck with the American Elites.
Going to keep up on the pressures this time!

Guess that's God's way of saying 'change your tires, dumbass!'
