Default How to eliminate TSM on 2000

I am in the process of grafting Buell controls to my Sportster. I want the signals to work as they did on the Buell, so it has been suggested I remove the TSm and add a 3 wire flasher into the system. Hers what was suggested:
Auto Flasher should have two wires (or three, if dedicated ground)
Ground for Auto Flasher - from TSM Wire Cable (Pin#1) - Or some other ground
Orange/White from TSM Wire Cable (Pin#2) - To input of Auto Flasher
Output of Auto Flasher - To Buell TS controls - Blue wire (as listed above)
Ok so far so good BUT the output listed above as a BLUE wire to the switch, and the only blue I have in my existing loom is listed as power to the headlight. I have the switch wired so that when I apply power to it the turn signals work using an Orange from the HD loom.. Here is a pic of the Buell switch. The power is supplied with the Bl/W and the red/black. The Violet is the left and the Brown is the right out from the switch. My question: Would the output from the flasher go to the power on the switch? Hope this was clear. Many thanks

The output of the flasher needs to RUN THRU the Buell TS Switch - The BLUE wire is the BLUE wire on the BUELL TS Switch...

Then, depending on right or left on the Buell TS Switch, the flasher signal goes to the Sportster BROWN wire for the Right Turn Signals and to the Sportster VIOLET wire for the Left Turn Signals...

When you had the BUELL TS Switch connected to the TSM, it was sending a signal to the TSM input - BUT NOW you need THE BUELL TS SWITCH to route the FLASHER OUTPUT DIRECTLY TO THE LIGHTS...

Here's how the older Sportsters implemented the 'auto style' flasher:

You need to send the flasher signal into the common terminal of the BUELL TS Switch and then from that switch to either right or left bulbs...

Most excellent! Now, back at the TSM plug. I have a 7 wire TSM. To remove it completely and get the 3 wire flasher in, according to the Sportsterpedia diagram for 91-13 TSM, there will be an O/W accessory wire ( which hooks to the B+ leg, the BK wire will be ground to E- leg, and L leg will be output to switch. Which of the 5 remaining wires will carry the output signal back to the switch exclusively? I am studying the wiring diagram and just don't see it unless I use the White/Violet or White/Brown as the carrier wire. I can use either one, but it leaves an unused wire in the loom ( which is OK). The White/Green gets capped. That leaves a Violet and Brown wire loose at the old TSM plug. Somehow the switch output needs to get back to these wires, right? Or can I tap into the Violet/Brown wires anywhere in the loom and cap off the ends at the removed TSM? Just seems like there's not enough wires in the stock loom to make it happen at the TSM plug. Or do I cap the W/V and W/B and run my own carrier to switch, the use the W/V and W/B as carriers back to the Violet/Brown wires?
There has to be a simple way to do it.

Here's what I would do.... (attached image)

Of course, disconnect the original TS switches (WHITE/Brown & WHITE/Violet wires) & disconnect the Speedo Cancel wire (WHITE/Green) - all of these have some kind of connector up near the handlebars...

@IXL2Relax Update: I have finished wiring in all the headlights and taillights and brake switches, and now I noticed that when the signals are flashing, ALL the circuits of the bike are flashing also. Headlights, tail lights, every accessory wire....every one. Now, I checked the power into the flasher ( OK) and power out to handle bar switch (OK). Power travels through a W/G wire that was the speedo cancel (according to diagram it travels straight through, no stops or turns). Im getting power to switch, both sides working as required. Im just getting this weird all circuit flashing thing going.. Any thoughts about why? I have rerun all my circuits and all seem to be OK and no crossed wires.

If you mean you have some kind of 12v power running on the WHITE/Green wire, that's wrong...

The OUTPUT of the Flasher module should travel on the WHITE/Green wire from the flasher to the common terminal on the BUELL Turn Signal Switch (identified as a BLUE wire)...

That WHITE/Green wire should not be connected to the Speedometer (where it might previously have been)...

I was not clear. The W/G is no longer to speedo. The W/G IS connected to common blue from the flasher output.. I have traced the flasher output all the way to the switch through W/G

It's very strange. I can find NO reason the whole loom is flashing. All wires seem to be connected correctly. It seems the only way it could be happening is that the Violet AND Brown wires are somehow tied into the accessory circuit. I simply don't see it

Are you certain of the Flasher Module connections - Sometimes the diagram displayed on the flasher unit is oriented for the contacts as though looking thru the unit (down into a flasher socket) and other times, the diagram displayed is looking directly at the bottom of the flasher unit... Be sure you are interpreting the flasher diagram correctly...

The BROWN & VIOLET wires (at the TSM connector) feed the lights with power - Each side has a front, rear & indicator light which it feeds. However, these two circuits should be completely separate & the lights themselves are each grounded...

Double check that the ground wire (Pin#2) at the TSM Connector is, in fact, grounded to the frame and battery negative...
