Default Lifter / Tappet Please Gimme a Hand

1987 EVO Sporster project, I have manual, just cant find which direction the oil hole goes on the tappet / lifter. Toward crankcase or away?

Looked everywhere, finally had to ask.

also skipped the part bout pushrods, they're stock and not sure if i put them in right. mot wild about that. would lead to a take down.

It doesn't matter.... long as you spin it so the roller can roll on the cam.
Oil circles the tappet block and will find it's way into the lifter.
You need to be sure the pushrods are in right and are centered in the lifters.

The longer pushrods will be for the exhausts the shorter ones for the intakes.
