Default Smaller turn signals

I´d like to ditch the original ugly big turn signals on my 98 sporty and change them to some small or mini blinkers.

I got no problem with the front signals but how have you guys changed the rear ones that stick way out of the fender? Since all the aftermarket signals I have found have just one bolt and the oem ones have the bracket with two holes on the strut cover.

So I would have to hide the second hole somehow.. Any input?

they make a cover plate to hide the hole and dent in the fender on my 2010.
they might for yours as well, or perhaps they are the same?

i just installed saddle bags.
had to remove the factory turn signals.
looking into smaller options now.

I bought some small aftermarket units, tubing, and clamps then moved them back to the license plate...looks pretty good and made clearance for saddle bags. Blanking plugs are available for the TS holes on the struts.

Why would anyone reduce the size of their hands?

That cover plate would be exactly what I'm looking for! But all I could find are for the newer ones 02-> or something like that. Did the blinker bracket change that much because it looks the same on the newer bikes?

Just saw that we share the same ,,design,, principles on the rear signals...mine is more minimalist...he-he;just a rubber fuel hose;no issues with vibration or bending for these cheap turn lights.
