Before the Postmaster lost his job, his idea was to use motor scooters
to deliver the mail. But too many letters ended in the bushes as
the motorized mailmen flung them towards the porches!
Oh, Never Mind. He went to work for the local newspaper & revolutionized the paperboys...

The Legend of the Pip Squeek
Long ago there was a Pip
Known as a bit of geek
He studied out things and
Then would have a squeek
But it wasn't unusual
For some of the other Pips
To simply ignore this noise
His wit & his quips
One day in the factory
The Pips were a buzz
As the line slowed down
A problem it 'twas
They looked and they looked
And just couldn't seem to say
What it was to be causing
All that wasteful delay
Pip found a clogged wheel
Full of terrible lint
But no one would listen
No sir, they didn't
So Pip went on squeeking
To make a big deal
Until someone put oil
On the horrible wheel.
And the factory resumed
All the wonderful toil
To produce a good product
After a bit of that oil
And that, my friends
is the Real Myth of:
The Squeeky Wheel
Gets The Oil !

Hah !
I was expecting a different outcome.
I was expecting it to all go horribly wrong because his colleagues ignored him, they added oil to a wheel that attracted lint, which made the problem worse.
Only after it went wrong, did they finally listen to him, not put oil again and use a dry graphite or PTFE based Lube ! And he was the hero. Or am I looking to deep again ..,,oh never mind ! ��
