It is not drivable - no front brake or turn signals. I have bought it back from the Insurance company for $550 and now have to get the tank and rear fender filled and repainted (or maybe just replace them if I can find some decent parts). I need a front brake line, possibly a master cylinder (don't know it will hold pressure until I get a line on it), maybe new levers for hand and foot brake and strut covers for the rear fender.

My personal opinion would be to part the bike out or see if the insurance will buy it back. Are you sure the forks and frame are good?

Not sure about anything but I think so. Too late to reconsider. I have bought the bike. It's done. Now I just want to get it going.

I would shop eBay, Craigslist, Facebook and maybe put some wanted ads up on some Harley Forums for the parts. You are in a great area for getting motorcycle tanks and fenders repaired, not sure what things cost there these days, though.

As for the original question IIRC correctly it is as someone mentioned, a 10mm 12 point to remove the bolts.
