Powder coat back and parts refitted, hopefully to stay now:

Back to the Cardboard Aided Design to figure out the chainguard mounts then cut some out of stainless:

After that I'll start thinking about pillion peg mounts and some wiring.

Looking good mate, don't set it too low, the slack wacks up against it when the chain wears in a bit, but i'm sure you know that, just had that happen on a Norton Special tho. I just love special builds, looks a lot of work gone into that mate, well done, hopefully pop over one day when the weathers a tad warmer for a cuppa and a gander :>)

My concern exactly chilly. Basically I'll mount it as high off the chain as I can without it looking stupid.

Bit more progress. Made up some chain guard mounts and had them welded on. Cut the guard down a little front and back, drilled some holes and got it bolted in place. Probably get it powder coated black, not sure yet.

Box of wires, sleeving etc arrived the other day so can start to do a bit or wiring next time I get some time for this.
