Default brake line length for higher bars?

Any one know of a guide that shows the proper length of brake line for certain rise heights? My current risers are 7.5 inches with a drag bar and I've gotten away with using the stock brake line on my 01 custom . I got the tracker bars that came off my buddies 48 that will add another 3 inches of rise and a bit of pullback. He gave me his throttle and clutch cables which are suprisingly pretty long but his brake line is different from mine.

So I'm looking for a brake line for 10.5 inches of rise. Any recommendations?

Use the broom stick method and a friend with a piece of string, then measure it. Your best bet to be accurate.
If I had to guess, 4 inches longer than you are.
