Default 2015 48 crank but no run

I've been trying to sort this out for a couple days now.
It's a 2015 48 sportster. I adjusted the clutch lever and primary chain. Went to start it and it wouldn't start.
It has no ses codes. About 1 3/4 gallons of fresh 93 fuel in it. Pulled the plugs and verified I'm getting spark. With the plugs pulled I can see the mist of fuel coming out of the spark plugs holes
with each revolution as I try to start it. I can hear it sucking air, and I feel a light puff through the exhaust as I try to start it.
A few times it has started up for about half a second but it immediately dies.
It's got spark, it's got fuel and air, I dunno why it won't start up.
Rode it about 150 miles a month ago.

Anybody got any ideas?

If I give it throttle while cranking. Stop. Then try to start it. I can get it to reliably start for a second or two, then it dies.

Do you have a voltmeter, VOM, multimeter? We need a voltage reading across the battery terminals, ignition off.

Here's the Sportsterpedia section on the CKP:
http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/t...shaft_position

Remove & clean the sensor - also disconnect the CKP to harness connector & clean thoroughly - use dielectric grease when reconnecting

See also this section regarding Spark Sync:

I'm reading 12.6v across the terminals with bike power off.
Cleaning the CKP now.

Starting to wonder if it's a fuel issue. I assume when I give it throttle while cranking I'm flooding it and it's starting for a second off of the extra gas when I crank it the next time.

Have a charger? 12.6 volts is marginal. The ECU doesn't like low system voltage.
