this all depends on how organized and how detailed you want this "group" to be.

you could set up dues that could be used for patches, newsletters, gatherings, ect,ect. rules for conduct, monthly meetings, bylaws, fundraisers, toy runs, bike shows, giant blowouts (public invited)

or you could keep it real and simple with just a hand shake and a "lets meet at"

I had a (very) small group called the "freedom fighters" (6 members) no dues, no ties, one rule ..." keep it free" , the only way to tell if you were one of us was a small pin we had on our colors (vest with patches, not true colors) all I asked for was ride if ya could and stand behind your brother
