Default brake fluid

i know its in the owners manual,i have downloaded it from harley however they have said i am not entitled to it,SO what grade of brake fluid do i need to get for a 07 883r

DOT 4 according to Sportsterpedia.com, http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/s...2007_sportster They stopped using DOT 5 at the end of '06 and went to DOT 4 in '07 on Sportsters.

I thought the owner's manual was free to anyone. Isn't it legally mandated to have available? Did you try using your VIN?

yep i put my vin into the site and downloaded the owners manual,3days later i clicked in my bookmarks and it said THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DELETED,IF YOU THINK THAT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO IT CONTACT US
