I got the -05A headlight in, it's a tight fit, but it went. 60/55W vs. 50/35W sealed beam, so it's much brighter and seems to have a better focused beam, IDK. I really don't ride at night anymore so at least it's brighter in the day. It does seem to be warmer than the old headlight, I guess that's to be expected with more wattage.

It looks like the LED would be a tough fit, so I think I'll quit while I'm ahead, for now.

John

It finally quit raining here and got up to 50* last night. I took a short ride to try the light. It was a big improvement over the old one. It is brighter and it seems to light up farther down the road. I don't ride much at night, but I'm glad I made the change for the few times I get out a little late or early. I really like it's brightness for being seen in the daylight. Over all, I think it is well worth the $30.00 cost.
