Default New riding jeans - Chrome "Wyatt"

Wondering if anyones tried these. Hard to find a riding jean with a decent cut. These look good and arent overpriced ($150 - steep, but not as much as the others)

Thanks for this. The Desert I live in tears the crap out of my pants.
I have some bib overalls made out of stuff like this. The buckles wore out before the fabric did.
So I improvised and sowed buttons to replace the broken buckles.

So i found myself travelling and had some time to kill and there was a Chrome store across the street. So i went in and tried on a few pairs of the "wyatt" jeans. They have two versions, the regular Wyatt that has a Levis 501 style fit, and the Wyatt slim that is not "skinny" but much slimmer through the calf. These feel like any premium selvedge demin you'd find at the very high end boutique clothing stores. Not any thinner or bulky-er than other regular jeans, except these have a very strong material woven into the denim. Chrome (and the sales guy) told me its as strong as steel and will hold up better to a slide than other Kevlar lined jeans. (this is because its woven into the fabric, no extra layers). Anyway, these fit awesome, tho were not as forgiving as your standard cotton jeans. I'm told they loosen up as you wear them, which is common for any selvedge denim. And no pockets for armor either. But these could be a very good alternative for those short rides to work, as they look very nice. Anyway.. for $150, almost pulled the trigger.

What he said.. I was in Portland Oregon. Unfortunately none of them in the northeast.. and there was no sales tax in Oregon. Doh. Really regretting not buying!

I work right by a chrome store, really solid stuff. I got one of their backpacks that has straps across the back so I can just drop it on the sissy bar and pull it off as easy, it's completely waterproof (replacing my 5.11 bag when I moved to seattle because of the rain soaking everything in the bag was the reason I picked it up). I know they have a shop in Brooklyn and DC, but certainly not many on the east coast.

I wear a 40 waist, but they only go up to a 38. Ordered a 38 and crossed my fingers, but they were too tight. Trying to decide whether to loose weight or write them a letter on behalf of all fatties to ask for larger sizes.

Guess I have some typing to do.

I pulled the trigger and got em online. 150 plus $10 tax. free shipping. Would have saved myself $10 in portland. Anyway,, loving these so far. Still gotta break them in. They do fit pretty close to size so Green_hornet, you'd def be out of luck.

Almost got these, but didnt like the style as much:

Also found these, but way more pricey:
