Default Update after carb rebuild

Hello everyone , so I cleaned the carb and jets. Nothing was all that dirty. I replaced gaskets in carb and intake manifold. I adjusted the float bowl it was off a bit, Which is probably why it was dumping fuel onto the air filter why I road.but now my new problem is that I can not get the bike to turn over, petcock open kill switch off, fires with starter fluid but dies shortly after. Any suggestions on how to get it to run ?

When you open the carb bowl drain, how much fuel comes out?

Check vacuum pipe between carb and petcock, enough fuel in tank? , try on reserve.

Sorry, just noticed the year of your bike. Not vacuum petcock?
Is fuel flowing to carb?
