The short answer is yes, but a more appropriate answer is to make the intake and exhaust changes, ride it and then determine if changes are needed.

If there is hesitation/stumbling, as the throttle is first opened (with mixture screw ~ 2 1/2 turns out) then changing from a stock 0.42 mm pilot to a 0.45 mm pilot would be beneficial.
As the RPMs increase, if there is then hesitation/stumbling on transition from pilot to needle jet, then a smaller (richer) needle would be beneficial.

Some on this forum may think your latest idle speed is fine.
My preference would be just a bit higher, probably less than 1/8 turn more on the idle screw.

Sounds better for sure. Just a bit "woolly" but that will be the sort of silencers you have.
A 45 or 46 jet seems to be the most used pilot, so you should be good with that.
You could try the idle drop method and tweek your mixture maybe.

I think they're cycle shack or some other off brand slip on. They have no markings on them of any sort and the baffles are held in with some bent metal, not a screw/bolt. In other words they're not technically removable. Not that I want to remove them anyway.
